Ok...

what all happened last week...

We went on Thursday to check out my ring - the completely new one, totally recreated with new diamonds and everything. Wonderful, perfect, everything's 100%... apart from the fact that the centre diamond is loose in exactly the same way as the original ring! And I'm a bit suspicious as to why my ring has a not-quite-clearly-engraved serial number on the inner side, and why the pedigree card of it says its serial no is (style #)/10/100. The ring is part of a limited edition, there are only 100 made. Surely if they made a new one to replace mine, they should say 13A (as in a revision of the design or something?) or 101/100 so they know that 101 were made? Maybe they've just made a slapdash "whatever looks like the original" ring and have given it the pedigree card of the ring which was the 10th of 100... and my new one has junk diamonds etc? I'm a little suspicious. It should be ready today, hopefully we can go check it out. I'm so tired of this. All I wanted from the start was to get that ring and have no problems.

Friday we had an office function. Went for lunch at a nice restaurant near to G's parents' place. I had 1kg of mussels (not THAT much, it included the weight of the shells so it was just the right amount YUM YUM). Afterwards we went on a boat trip out to some rocks to check out seals. The boat ride was uneventful, but it was so fun! As we passed the land, the wind just slashed right through us. It was a cold, windy cloudy day, but then it started to rain too. As we turned back to return to the harbour, they went right through some cool funky breakers! So we got about 1min of rough ride on the way back.

What else is new? Nothing much.
