Boy am I glad it's weekend! Well, almost weekend. Still 1hr and 45mins to go *sigh*.
We've postponed Syndicate tonight - everyone is just so exhausted these days and M is recovering from flu. Tomorrow morning I want to sleep late. Tomorrow evening we're going to a party, so the afternoon we have free to do other stuff. I wanna go price security gates, so that when the owners come on Sunday, we can sit down with them and give them prices and stuff, even if they pay us back over a few months at least our stuff is safe. The security gate that's there is just ridiculous.
Yesterday after work, we got home to find the back doors wide open again, with papers blowing out as we got in the front door. It was hellishly windy yesterday, and I know for a fact that the latch has been up the entire time, the door rattling in the wind must have caused it to work its way down. G "fixed" the lower latch (the little guiding part for the actual latch just snapped off - he was trying to straighten it because it was blocking the latch from going all the way down into the floor - so essentially it "broke" but it works so it's "fixed"). Poor Dude had been left to fend for himself the whole day... luckily no cat had come into our garden and found the doors open and a little dude all vulnerable!
Today has been pretty busy, but it's alright.
I'm going to the doc on Tuesday afternoon - to have my heartburn checked out. I'm tired of having heartburn more often than I don't have it. I feel so lethargic and weakly lately and I really want to know why!
I'm so impatient to go home now... I ordered CDs online about two weeks ago, and they arrived first thing this morning. I'm DYING to play them ASAP!!!
I can't wait to go home and just relax. Sit out in the garden, listen to the outside air, enjoy relaxing OUTside for a change. I wish work would end early on a Friday, because when you go home at 5, the sun's already going down and there's no chance to enjoy yourself outside. If we could leave just 2 hours earlier, it'd make such a difference.
1hr and 10mins to go.
