You'd think that after scanning over 7000 photographs I'd be well and truly sick of scanning things. I kind of am, but sadly it's necessary to scan all of our important paperwork, so that we have electronic backups.
It's been boring, but I've not felt like doing much else (like stitching/exploring Brisbane), so I thought I may as well do something useful.
I must say that I'm rather impressed by this scanner. A Canon Canoscan LiDE 25. 7000 photos, lots of pages, and counting.
It was beautifully sunny today, not that we got to enjoy it. We haven't been opening any windows at all, and apart from when we go out TO somewhere (like shopping), we only ever go outside to check the post, put the bin out or hang/take down sheets on the washing line. So we're not really getting to enjoy this 'fine, mild Brisbane winter' like we should be.
We'll get there, eventually. And G has been working like mad on his software.
