Good LORD but what a bloated, wordy IRRELEVANT EULA Windows Live Messenger now has!!
I just updated WLM... and had to read through the EULA before clicking next. I have NEVER read such a load of bollocks in my life. All talk about contracts and payments and if you reside in x territory your contract is with y company, etc blablabla, which is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT for a free chat application!!
I dunno, surely they can afford for someone to write a more specific EULA for their various programs? Jeepers!!
