The goodies arrived! Sis picked them up yesterday and we went to fetch them after we got home from work.

Got the 3 charts, 4 fabrics (the fabric for Heremia is SO BEAUTIFUL!), and the thread needed for the 3 charts. Also in the package was the Qsnap frame+extension kit.

I am so excited and can't wait to get started. I have to finish Warpy first though, else I'll NEVER get it done. EEEEEeeeeeekkkk!!! Heremia! That one is going to be so fun, cos of the funky material! Then I'm going to do Gentle Strength, and then last of all Golden Ice, cos it's HUGE (about double the size of GS, Heremia and Warpy. One MASSIVE design.

The only strange thing about Golden Ice is that they haven't put any black stitches. There is no black shadow of the horse, it is simply the fabric left blank. Same with Gentle Strength - they have left white bits blank, so that the aida shows through, and also made some of the stitches halfstitches so it'd be paler. Which is odd. Lucky I chose white aida for it, but I reckon I'm going to fill in all the blank with white and do full stitching throughout instead. And with Golden Ice, I'm going to have to figure out what to fill in with black stitches.

EEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKK I CAN'T WAIT to start on Heremia!
