EEEEEEEEEEEEEK

Ok today I'm excited.

We checked out the place yesterday evening, and it's a very cute old-style building. It's pink. It's got quaint small-paned windows. Creaky wooden floors. It's very big, quite cute, really, in a big, old way. The parking bay is across from the front windows.

I've made a list of things that they need to fix up, like there's a broken tile on the side of the bath, the basin is cracked and yucky, there's a UK-style wall plug (what's WITH that?), the light switches are a bit fidgety, the cupboard in the 2nd bedroom doesn't close properly, but most of all, the windows are a bit dodgy. They (to me) look like they'd rain in, and would not be the most stable/strong windows. Also, their burglar bars are basically THICK chicken-wire, which is just NOT FUNNY. So I'd want them to fix those things up then I'd wanna stay there for ages. Also, strangely, there is no phone fitting. Is that because they CAN'T put a phone in? If so, then we can't get internet = shit.

Best of all, the place is VACANT, so maybe we can move our stuff asap! That would be nice. His place has been taken, so if we can move our stuff before the end of the year, that's perfect. We're gonna go to the agents at lunch time.

Stuff we'd need to get for the place: curtains! A double bed. A proper-size fridge. A stove/oven. Couches. PLANTS!! I guess I'm all excited and want to make it a home asap!

I'm also amped because I'm making serious headway with Warpy. He's looking STUNNING!!!! Apparently the office is closing early today so I'm going to have hours more to stitch!!!!! (with treats and music, of course!)

Yes, the office closing is another exciting thing. It's one of the bosses' birthday today, so we're having pizza for lunch. At 12:30. And apparently we're going home after that!

I'm bored now. My ipod is charging - bummer. Lunch is in half an hour then we are going home!!!!
